In an electronic world, we still offer letterheads, business cards and compliment slips, although these days the letterheads tend to come in the form of a Word document!
I would say though, you can’t beat a little ‘Ooooooo’ when you hand out a beautifully designed business card! Why hand over a bog-standard off the peg, flimsy business card when you can proudly hand over a fabulously designed card that feels beautiful and looks great. This is feeling proud of your business and feeling proud of your brand right there in your hand, and then into the hand of a potential customer. It’s the smallest interaction but it carries with it your brand promise of a service lovingly provided and a job well done.
